@RetroBreeze - does the rocking position (3:08) adjustment have the option to be locked in place at a selected angle? It has that option for the back rest, but that's when the seat is fixed in place.

Hi there, yes the backrest does lock in place at various positions (maybe 10 or so positions?) it's very flexible.

Has this chair kept it's comfort after 1 year of use? I bought a chair 6 months ago and just sold it because the padding wore down and it becomes sore to site on. Infact I seem to change my chair often for this reason.

Yes, it's still my daily driver and has held up perfectly. The lumbar support is amazing! However I spend maybe 70% of my desk time standing.
