Well done Charlie. Ever hear of a wing sauce called the Rathole??? Named because of 28 tunnels but for wing sauce (28 sources of heat. Actually not as scary as most people think. Cayenne, red pepper flakes, whole and half peppercorns, 10 mesh black pepper, 12 mesh black pepper, 14 mesh black pepper, fine black pepper, white pepper, ancho chili, chipotle powder, chipotle in adobo, chipotle in sambal, chili powder, smoked chili powder, hot paprika, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, jalapeño peppers, Tabasco, franks red hot, Texas Pete, sriracha, gojujong (Korean chili paste), horseradish, curry powder, Louisiana hot sauce, and tunnel soot (charcoal powder mixed w coffee, cumin and smoked cardamom)
