I freaking love this song. It's so true. No matter what you do, someone will condemn you, someone will pass judgement, but screw them. Life is too short to worry about the haters. I grew up in a church filled with (as Ray Steven's would call them) Sister Bertha-Better-Than-Yous who were always ready to point fingers and judge and escaping that was the smartest thing I have ever done. Great reaction. Martina McBride's "When God Fearing Women Get The Blues" is one I have to suggest.

Maybe the theme is about how different women react to life and the situations they find themselves in: #1 was how they were finding ways to cope. #2 was being tough and taking no shit from anyone. #3 was you're gonna be judged no matter what so fuck it, just do you. Just an idea, can't wait to see #4.

Ironically enough, she actually wrote a song for Katy Perry. I think it was either this one or Merry go round, but Katy was like “Nah girl you’re the one that needs to sing this masterpiece.” So the Katy Perry vibe makes a lot of sense 😂

Not sure about the theme guys but Dustin you were right about Kelly Pickler. She competed on American Idol but didn’t win. Miranda Lambert and Kacey Musgraves also both competed on Nashville Star and neither of them won. Maybe these are the losers who are ultimately the WINNERS!! I haven’t heard from the winners of these shows since! BTW, The Voice cut Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Mikele Buck, and Kameron Marlowe. The producers actually tried to make Morgan into a Pop act! 🤦🏼‍♀️ He and Luke especially are writing a whole new text for successful country artists! Morgan has broken records left and right this last year or two, from weeks at #1 on the Billboard charts (breaking those held previously by Taylor Swift and some held by MJ’s Thriller among others) to record attendances (during blizzards no less!) to the fastest sell out in the history of Globe Life Park in Arlington TX for his upcoming concert there, and the list goes on. And that’s after our PC society failed miserably in ‘cancelling’ him and he was banned from one awards’ show after another this last year! 😂 Jokes on them! I think American Idol does however have a decent track record with Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood, Scotty McCreery, Daughtry etc ... The others however need to follow Idol’s example! 🎶♥️🎶
