What type/Brand Rosin do you use? Mine is very powdery and heavily coats my strings every time I play. Thank you!

I use a brand called Kolstein. It's a bit sticky and it grips a lot, but it's not powdery at all. You can buy it in a lot of places, including directly from them. It looks more expensive than some, but lasts for YEARS. I put dates on my rosin boxes (!) and the 2 I have right here say 2012 & 2016 and are still going strong.
