Error on very first step. Supposed to be 3/8” washer (not enough 1/2 inch and manual says 3/8)

The rope snapped on my lower spool. Can’t find where to get a replacement.

Same thing happened to me. I have a replacement rope (call Bowflex) I just can't figure out how to replace it.

​@@msemprie10 same here!! My rope is all twisted and frayed in the middle.(can't untwist it and I habe no idea how it got so twisted. Can you get a replacement vinyl strap or do you have to purchase an entire engine drive assembly from 169.99 from sport Smith?

Anyone else's tools that were included terrible? The allen wrenches would strip very easily making them useless.
