Most of those mini starters can be taken apart and re-clocked to move the solenoid away from the headers, it will help with heat soak and help protect the wires.

You need to add a return line to your c-10.. when you run a deadhead system the pump overheats. A return line also allows cooler fuel from the tank to keep the pump cool

He really needs a sump added or fuel cell if he plans to keep using Holley style pumps, they will only last if they are gravity fed, if you run them off a stock tank the pump will have to suck the fuel and will overheat and burn out.

I bought some red hipo professional products coils for my LS swap in my c/10 about 5 years ago and never had any problems with them ( knock on wood) half a decade later and they still goin strong lighting off my motor every time……i honestly think they make good shit that is definitely worth every dollar….best $200 ive spent on budget parts hands down!!!!

One thing I always do is that if a motor is going to be setting for a long period of time I’ll either roll it over from time to time depending on how long it sets or I’ll back the valve spring tension off because it will collapse if settling too long with it compressed

man youre not going to hurt the motor with pump gas as long as you dont put a load on the motor idling and wrapping the throttle is fine like i said dont drive it doing burnouts with that gas

35 is pointing this in gap 45 is AHI high compression gapp usually run 45 on a non platinum plug but I don't know what kind of plugs he got you for that rig so if it's a copper nickel plug it's 45

It runs fine run fine with that Lucas aren't paying but it's a feeling 100 treatment it has a lead replacement so it basically put in the lead back in the gas which is raising the octane is the stuff you can buy on a great big old yellow gallon jug says look at the steel injection cleaner with ladder replacement that's what you need works fine for my stuff and it's also an essential treatment you can also add to neutral as the d*** method all out of the gas so the gas won't turn bad they'll me if it don't treatment that works based on test from here on KZbin is the Lucas stuff You can mix both of us together and do the same thing
