Is your good teaching a talent or you've just learnt it over time? like the seperation into 4 pieces for percentages answers a question my teachers could never answer to me and fellow students found me dumb for asking. Also a quick question, why dont you add the one when interpretting cumulative frequency graphs when working out LQ,MEDIAN, UQ. Is it just an estimate?

Thanks. Experience I guess. The more you teach the better you get and I've done it for a while now. I tend to think a lot about what might confuse students and how they may not understand so I try to present this and teach through the mistakes I know they might make. For cumulative frequency the total frequency is usually high so the extra 1 won't make much difference. Usually on most scales it is also very hard to read of such a value accurately.
