Working the pattern backwards will help feel grounded and on your back foot.. it's very clear when you di it . Your movement is always beautiful and flows smooth thru transitional moves..

I would say traditional boxing teaches you to also turn your back foot to give more power to the hook. Is that hook more of a rangefinding hook or is it meant to knock someone out? It doesn’t look powerful

It can be both. This combination can also be followed by a powerful straight right punch instead of defensive movement as it was shown in the video.

Master says rotate your hips which gives the automatic rotation to the back and the front foot which leads to an automatic slight rotation in the back foot also.😊🙏

I was told if your feet leave the ground you lose power in your punches - how does pendulum step produce power?

U use the Elastic push off the ground like your jumping to add power rather than squating down into the punch like your trying to chop a tree. It leads to a more mobile style.
