No excuses!! There is always an area in your game that needs your attention. I hope everyone is stepping away from from the world for at least a couple hours out of the day and creating your own world, for me working on my showdown boxing, kickboxing, Bjj drills for strength and endurance takes me away from the current state of the world long enough to remember that we really are an awesome creation. We’ve been here before and we refuse to leave with out a fight, so rather then tell everybody “ God bless “ I would like to remind you that you already are blessed and we have the opportunity to be a blessing to each other. No excuses!! Go train!!

Important tip: When cutting sharp angles, especially when you're doing it fast, keep your core tight. You'll realise you can keep your body in alignment with ease without letting your momentum carry your body out of position to where you are losing balance

2:10, that's Newton's Third Law in action bro. Great strategy. Use the counterforce of our own attacks to move us on the ground. It actually also takes up lesser energy because the ground is already pushing you to the side you are going in the video, so you are not resisting but yielding. Genius move.

This tequnique is in combination with te switch (sort of Tyson shift, but then how Bazooka Joe does it) very complete. If you do the shift like Joe, you make an angle to the right from a left hand punch, let's say the jab. Your angle technique in combination with that makes my puzzle complete. My sparringpartner cannot see wich way i'm going to angle anymore. From both hands (or slips) i can go to the right or the left in a quick and smooth way. Thanks Jason 👌👌👌👍👍👍
