Thanks for the videos like these, man. Many shorts and videos out there showing the techniques without breaking down the smaller details like you do. Just today i learned at class im not rotating my jabs enough for my shoulder to cover my chin. If only id watched this before lol

The worst feeling ever on sparring day is when your partner decides to no show or when he does show up and decides he doesn’t wanna spar
@akhotinbxng7 ай бұрын
Yeah, that’s frustrating
@GregoryCedeno3177 ай бұрын
That's why in my gym, my coach always chooses our sparring partners randomly. Yes, you can sometimes choose your sparring partner if you want, but after the first round you have to change your opponent. And no, I've never heard in my gym that you could choose to spar or not. You have to spar, otherwise you'll be bullied by the coach.

As a beginner I can confirm your teaching is excellent it's just hard to do with stepping in front and back but practice makes man perfect.

Can you do a slipping tutorial video? Also, if your videos were shorter I know for a fact more people would watch. Keep going G👊

I already did that tutorial. Yeah, more people would watch but the videos would be incomplete

Bro can i learn boxin through you vids (there are no good boxing gyms nearby in my area) and be a somewhat good boxer??
@akhotinbxng3 ай бұрын
Hey! Watching videos and practicing the techniques is just a start that can help you understand and get down the basics But if you want to really improve you better get a full training plan that will help you put it all together in one piece. All these videos and many many more are a part of the KO Boxing Package that is a program which I designed specifically for guys who train alone. You can check it out here - koboxingpackage.weblium.site/

First comment. I have a question i think i jave good form and technique but when i shadowbox i think that my punches are weak and wont work. Is it my confidence or what?? I dont have a bag to hit
@akhotinbxng7 ай бұрын
Yeah, I think it’s your confidence. You won’t know if your punches work until you try partner work/sparring. After that you will gain it
