For the past six months I have been running my own kickboxing gym. I have none prior coaching experience and no real fights behind me, but been training for several years and been trained by pro fighters. I have been fully transparent on this to the guy's training. I do this for free, we live in an area with zero martial arts environment. But we have created one by ourselves. Even though I am totally transparent about my experience and doing it totally free. sometimes the imposter syndrome kicks in and I start doubting myself. To be clear, the guys are loving it and we are in a very positive and safe environment (no injuries or hard sparring). What would you recommend in my situation?

Can you do a video about how to defend punches if you have slow reaction time thank you🙏

Bro yes. I was at a Muay Thai glass and the girl just said "free style pads 3 minute sets" after the warmup and literally just sat on her phone the whole time 😅 shocking. No drills, no coaching. Did some conditioning then went home, what a waste of money.

My gym got 3 coaches to help with different level of people so we don't have someone newer getting the basic from the coach one for people who are ok and then for people that are in matches already and so once sparring comes they know who to put against who

Honestly I took a month off to focus on gaining muscles and now that I’m back I hit like 20% harder it’s awesome.

Personally I went to Arthur Beterbiev’s gym P4P for years and if you want to learn and you work hard coaches notice you and try to build you into a great fighter.

Depend on how you structure your workout. I usually do each exercise for 1 minute with 20 seconds of rest between the exercises
