Hello sir, I have a question about when we learn moments with the lead leg and back leg. When we step forward with the lead leg and step back with the back leg, should we shift the weight of the body to the non-moving leg or should we keep the weight equally distributed? While focusing solely on footwork, you should try keeping your weight balanced between both the feet. But it's a good practice to learn to transfer weight between the two legs as it later helps you with setting up powerful punches.
