This channel and Precision Striking are my two favorite channels on KZbin. Great coaching tips, awesome drills and workouts explained clearly and with in-depth technical knowledge. This guy is the real deal, I had the pleasure to welcome him for a seminar at my boxing gym in Montréal a few years ago . A real great guy and a world-class coach that I have been following regularly since 2013. Well-deserved success for him. Let’s support him, like and share his content!

I tried this. I had to break out at the 7 punches for about a minute then jump back in and it kind of went like that till 10 punches - which was NOT easy! 😂😂 It's a really good challenge and I'll use it to help myself mark my stamina progression until it's so "easy" I can blow through it. It might take a week or two. Anyway, thanks again for doing these and good luck to you in all things. 😊🙋🏼🥊

Love these heavy bag workouts. Any tips for avoiding bruised knuckles? Using 16oz on a 100lbs bag and my lead hand middle knuckle gets regularly bruised although I am always wrapping my hands. Thanks !
@boxinghomeworkouts3 жыл бұрын
It's probably that you need a glove with softer foam for awhile, I've had this before twice. Hit the bag with a sparring glove just for a few weeks.Also, tape your knuckles with hockey tape under your wraps. Edit: yes knuckle guards would be the better way to go than new gloves - boxraw.com/products/knuckle-guard-black
@simonmattiacrispino62993 жыл бұрын
You can also try to put some more padding in your wrap. One cheap way is to use a sponge for dishes for example.
@116tem3 жыл бұрын
I did try and added a sponge under the wrap on the injured hand and it worked just fine. Will also get some hockey tape. Thanks 🥊

This channel has great stuff. I'm learning a ton and getting healthier with each workout. I do have one challenge and that is that I have no heavy bag to work on in my small NYC apartment. Space is a premium! Any recommendations on smaller door mounted or wall mounted units? If not, that's cool. I'll figure something out. Thanks in advance and keep up the great coaching!
@boxinghomeworkouts3 жыл бұрын
I lived in an apartment for 20 years in Toronto. Shadow boxing with 1lb weights is not a bad second option, then maybe a standing Bob or a decent Reflex bag, just buy a foam mat to put it on. It won't be a complete set-up but it will keep things interesting and give you something to hit. One thing I even did was buy a 9" aqua bag and hang it with bungee cord from a tree branch or football goal posts in a park, tie it on and take it down.
@jasonsutton26323 жыл бұрын
@@boxinghomeworkouts Thanks, Coach. I'll look into those options. Appreciate your time and input.

Set a training course with this fellow & strength training programs, there won't be any bully in the world because any nerdy geek is knowing how to handle himself.
