Top coach!!! Going to try this tomorrow!! There are a couple of drills I’d love you to teach us!! Above all the one that starts with slow 1-2s and then gets faster with hooks and uppercuts. I see Oscar Valdez doing them quite often!

Hi dude just wanted to thank you for your hard work with these videos man Iv been following you and your other channel a long time now and your teaching has brought my boxing skill along way. I’m not a boxer nor trying to have a career in boxing. I do love the sport but mainly started training to get my weight down, keep it down and also learn a bit of self defence but man my movements feel somewhat like a boxer naturally. It amazes me. Really enjoying this new channel! Any recommendations for 6oz gloves? I intentionally don’t punch very hard (physical issues) so I usually just do bare knuckle, but I’d like to up my game just a little bit and use gloves, but don’t want anything too protective otherwise I’m tempted to throw with more power (and reinjure myself).

I do a set of 10 x 15 second Sprints every second day. In 2018 I was doing more basic lifting for strength. Squats, bench, chin ups etc.

I know it's "weird" but this will be hard to do for me because I am terrible at actually taking/using breaks on my own. I will just keep driving and then 2 hours are gone and I feel like an idiot because what is easier than NOT doing a thing? 😂 I do like your drills because 1. I learn something new every time and 2. You don't over-complicate directions. You're clear and specific but, as it's said,"The Devil IS in the details.", and you manage to reveal what they are without meandering off on nutrition or all the various biochemical switching that's going on. You deserve a lot of success and I hope it continues to find you. 🥊🙋🏼

I eat boiled in cocoa oat meal in the morning with some honey in it, dried nuts with fruits like apples& bananna;s or oranges, almond milk, green salads with cheese and eggs or chicken fillet inside, whole wheat bread chicken or turkey sandiwches with tomato or cucuimber slices inside, pasta with red or white mushroom sauce, brown rice with chicken and broccoli, a lot of protein generally, and carbs from legumes like beans, lentls etc . That's a typical boxe's diet habbit dude. Just giving you ideas on nutricion since you mentioned it...

@@JoseGonzalez-gg6rs facts👍👍👍Best is to avoid that altogether. And if you have no other option, fight it out. in a street fight, there are no rules. So you have to go all out, no inhibitions. And get the hell out of you can.
