When coach said you don't feel it in your lungs, you feel it in your shoulders, HE WAS LYING. My legs are fine oddly enough, even though I widened the stance and worked the pendulum a lot but everything else is torn to shreds. Sweating like a pig man.... 😂 😂

This workout was a beast. I've been giving the video a like before I do it, so I have my gloves off. Between this and the 12 rounder the other day...wow. Also, I love how the workouts are structured by scaffolding the punch combos and then the burnout round....spoiling us JT!

Great workout, Coach. These 30 min ones are my bread and butter because that's as much time as i can count on with my kids. Any chance you could do a vid on one of your two channels about reducing telegraphing? I found in this one that I have a tendency, especially when tired, to start the first punch with a comparatively slow motion that gives away what's coming. Would love some tips to help reduce that habit.
