A 7-year-old boy who was shot and killed earlier this week on Chicago’s Near West Side was running an errand for his mother when he was gunned down by a teenager, prosecutors said.

Many mothers send a kid down the street to pick up a gallon of mik or some other small item, and then given them a little extra so they can buy themselves a candy or another little treat. Did your mother ever give you a little money so you could buy a little treat at the candy store or another similar place when you were a kid? These are things a child is supposed to be able to do.

How many times have we heard the Mayor say that the crime in Chicago has reached a breaking point? He says the same thing after every incident, just like the Democrat Mayors and DA's before him. This is what happens when kids have kids, don't instill the proper values, don't impress the importance of EDUCATION, don't stress the importance of respect for authorities (parents, teachers, principals, cops, etc).
