Great Episode, bc you finally gist your audience about the real you and you how ended up to where you are in life! You have lots of potential, just need more confidence in telling your story to the world fully and authentically. It is also a good move with your Ms Jacky to both use the time apart to figure out what you really want out of life and relationships. She seems to be a good one, a hold, worth fighting for, but you also need to be a man (respectful while decicive and giving). Go whereever your heart desires, but make sure it is really what your heart desires and not an escape. I believe at this stage you can make it anywhere, including Kenya. Just find a way and you can incorporate it. In fact, why not use your professional background as a dentist to educate africans and others more about health and related? Be more bold to find your voice and monetise it with integrity while liing your best life with your significant other. You have what it takes, if you are willing to grow, maybe even consider some counciling (I would recommend Kenya´s own Benjamin Zulu) as it seems you would profit from it tremendeoulsy. Good luck travelling, growing, enjoying.
