Happy 62nd Birthday Boy George! The Culture Club Band musicians beatz and him singing lyrics were very popular. I remember hearing him on the radio playing "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me, Do You Really Want To Make Me Cry" & " Karma Chameleon." The 80's were amazing to grow up in, because Ppl weren't judgemental. Youth as well as Adults were able to be expressive and not overly concern over celebrities sexuality, personal lives and gender. He could sing, band played well and instrumentally unique in that time and even now. All the songs he's sang are being rediscovered by all electic genres of Music and Communties, just as before. And those 1st song ballads was something all relatiable, especially when it came to "Love Is Love."

One day he will look back and know that cleaning the New York streets was a cathartic moment in his life. Why? Because his soul needed to learn the lesson of humility and service. When we would lunch at the Buddha center in W1, he would be there, talking loudly and name dropping. I knew at that time, George needed to learn these lessons. He is a better and nicer person because of that cleaning.

I think George is a great talent but still just a human being. He was hit by what plagues every young successful gay a Str8 ass hall, a lair and cheat no matter what you do for a living as long as you are a successful gay man, you need to be careful from those Str8 guys who want you for your money, cars, houses and on and on. Happy to see tho that Jon didn't entirely ruin his life.
