To be honest back then I wasn’t a Boy George fan. No,not bc of coz his sexuality i couldn’t care. I’m 1/2 Brit female, now 62 yrs old.But the genre of pop- tunes just didn’t appeal to me @ my heavy metal loving music friends! Though, once I got clean and sober and lost my bad crowd of friends” Plus years passed. My ideas changed. I also watched a show online called About The Boy” oh my! Plus previously before some interviews particularly with the one w Joan Rivers! That still did make me love the music, But I saw he was whip- smart w his come backs! Smart at every topic! Impressed was I ! Plus he was hilarious! Coy and flirty! Sweet boy he was….THE MOVIE WAS FAB Though George didn’t care for the actor Douglas….Booth. ? ) I thought he was spot on! I never knew that much about his early life until the movie I did. hear of course about the heroin back in the day I felt shattered for him ….looking at him …..BUT NOW? hes one of my biggest HEROES LIKE BOWIE RIP Bc he is a SURVIVOR Of SO MUCH CRAP! If you even dislike him. Just close your eyes Listen to Culture Club. His Voice, Timeless George is a POP ICON! protect him at all costs wherever he lives UK or Ireland . He truly to compose those songs Has a lovely reflective heart and loving soul. I think, it shouldn’t have mattered George. Everyone has a dark side ,especially for us poets more like you lyrical GENUIS . I think maybe ….that’s why you said you didn’t want just the Nannie’s & good uns to love you. I’d never want to be famous! remindingme of interviews of George Michael back then. Thought you were the IT guy . More confident.than the other George ….but it’s not a comparison of any kind. I forgot you were very close to drummer Jon Moss. Marilyn and George were besties drug besties too” Your mum was so adorable kind lovely lady she’d die for you. See it in her eyes. Brother David is a brave soul….but has saved his bothers life. Of course in England it’s all in the papers. He could’ve easily slipped away Like so many before him. Instead, He became, Reborn. Even. Taking on a different religion I admire him SO His happiness is coming from within. Voice …impeccable! Great dietary rules …..think he’s totally vegan! His eyes bright sparkly blue ..no pinned anymore! GENUIS at work, Mates ! I believe he’s still sober and straight

Boy George!!! My girlfriend liked him right off. He’s a very fine wine. I do admire him so much for following his own path. There is so much more to him than the hype. I truly admire the ability to grow and become who he finds himself to be. He is one to emulate. Honest, sincere, loving, vulnerable, up front real and always chasing the dream which is being who he is for himself. I found Boy George so very real in this clip. Someone I’d want to have around, someone I’d want to be upfront honest with, someone to trust always, someone to love as he is, someone willing to be himself and accepting of what my reality is with him in my life. The wonderful ability to be patient with whoever we are at the moment. Real, very real, accepting of yourself and of himself. How wonderfully, open to what is and loving of that person. Totally accepting and giving, understanding, without reservation, unconditional acceptance. Love you Boy George. Thank you for everything.
