Not every body can be vegitarian pure i mean. But try 80% vegitarian or 10% and increase slowly. Add milk to make it full protein. Beans lentils nuts kadala parippu etc. Oats meal for breakfast with milk 12 gram protien.

ഞാൻ കോഴി ഫാമിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ആളുമായി സൗഹൃദത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. കോഴി ഫാമിൽ നിന്നും കോഴിക്കാട്ടം വളമായി വാങ്ങുമായിരുന്നു. വീട്ടിലും കുറച്ചു കോഴികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞ സത്യങ്ങൾ കേട്ടതോടെ, കടയിൽ നിന്നും ചിക്കൻ വാങ്ങുന്ന പരിപാടിയെ നിർത്തി. കോഴി വളർത്തൽ രീതികൾ നന്നായി അറിയാവുന്ന കാരണം കടയിലെ ഇറച്ചിക്കോഴിയെ കാണുമ്പോൾ കഴിക്കാൻ തോന്നുകയേ ഇല്ല. പിന്നെ കൊതി സഹിക്കാതാകുമ്പോൾ ഹോട്ടലിൽ കയറി ഗ്രിൽഡ് ചിക്കൻ ഒക്കെ ചെറുതായി കഴിക്കും. കൊടും വിഷമാണെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ, പക്ഷെ കൊതി കാരണം.
