Hey doctor, I'm a thyroid patient. My T3, T4, TSH levels are normal. However, the FNAC results which i got tested has shown the following results, Clinical history shows MNG, TIRADS 4. In the diagnosis section, it is shown that "Bennign colloid nodule with degenerative changes and lymphocytic thyroiditis (Bethseda Category II). I have seven thyroid nodules. My father in law lived up to 97. He used to eat lots of sugar, white bread, rice and used milk, butter, curds etc. No diabetes, BP or heart disease. He would get up at 4 am and do Yoga and he worked hard and also prayed every day. His mother lived up to 101. These people were traditional farmers and always loved the land and would interact with the soil. May be that too has something to do with their health. Thanks for the excellent video, doctor. He often says doctors use old medical books and aren't updated with new studies/research. But he's just showing links from single articles(mostly open-access journals from Pubmed), which can be misleading for the common people. From my 15 years of experience as a Scientific Editor for top US medical publishers, I'd say it's always better to trust reviews or summaries of many studies instead of just one. Also, real experts and health groups give advice based on lots of evidence, not just one study .

But at the same time he, Dr.Manoj cures health issues by focusing on the patient's lifestyle where other english doctors fail to cure with english medicines for long years and i am an example too for that. When they ask to reduce glucose dint mean to completely deprive of food but instead increase protein and vitamins and minerals amount in the food..and reduce sugar or carbohydrates in the diet In cancer patients chemo and radiation is necessary depending from case to case but once settled follow healthy diet rich in protein ,vitamins and minerals and reduce sugars ..eveb during treatment its good to follow the healthy diet as much as possible . And one shud be aware that healthy diet means high in protein ,and low in carb and right in micronutrients etc etc ..and not the diet style followed by majority of keralites
