Hi!! I love watching your videos! I’ve had my braces for almost 3.5 years. Could you do a video in the future on the different types of retainers and why an orthodontist would choose one retainer type over the others for your situation.

I’m glad I watched this. I searched this specifically as my implant will run me $4K out of pocket from two estimates I’ve gotten. Ignoring that tooth in the first place is what led to it being to be extracted. It’s my bottom right molar. 😣😖😫😭

I’m missing a premolar congenitally. Baby tooth is still holding strong and I’m 45. 👍. We’ll see how old I am when it falls out. I will probably get an implant. Thanks for all you do Dr.!

I went to a dentist and they told me I needed a root canal and started the procedure only to tell me that my insurance didn’t cover it. I lost the tooth. That was 6 years ago and now I’m looking to get an implant. Watching so many videos.

Dr Grey I'm planning to extract first two upper primorlars and trim lower jaws cuz my upper tooth are shifted forward and I need to improve it to change my profile and my dentist saying your born isn't shifting back plz what i can do ? Can I extract the upper primorlars and trim the lower ones to correct the bite

I have a unique issue. Besides a crossbite and underbite, my #7 is pegged, the #10 was missing (congenital), and the canine moved where the #10 should have grown. I have corrected a lot via braces with the doctor moving the canine to its proper place. Via consultation an implant isn’t a suitable option for the #10 due to spacing. So a bridge is the recommendation.

Dr Greg I have a huge overjet, and my orthodontist is removing 2 teeth probably 2 premolars and then he is bringing the front teeth back fixing the overjet.......will this make my facial appearance worse or better....pls advice

Is it normal to have the doctor say that you probably won't need braces in your life and next time you come they say that you do because, last September, they said that I will probably never need braces in my life but before we got to the room the next time she said when do you want to start with her braces, and I really thought that was strange.

Hi I am trying to get braces. One orthodontist told me I can't have braces because I had to have some back tooth taken out. And I some teeth on bottom taken out. So the orthodontist said I am missing too many teeth to get braces

I'm congenitally missing a lateral incisor and when I was fourteen I saw white in the gap and got really excited. Then I remembered I had X-Rays that showed I definitely didn't have an adult version and realized my jawbone was peeking out because gums get lazy when there's nothing to hold onto. 🙃

My canines are palatally impacted and the canine is twisted and it’s touching my lateral incisor and caused slight resorption of the lateral incisor.

I was born missing one of my adult back molars , so they just took out the set and my wisdom teeth so I only have 24 teeth ! I think my mouth would be too small for the extra 8 anyways lol . Ivr also knocked a few of my teeth loose in an accident , and thankfully we were able to save them since they were adult front teeth !

Most natural tooth is not aligned perfect, when i saw perfect aligned teeth it seems more artificial denture. Of course there is misaligning bite, but it another case.
