Len was a brother/sister duo from Toronto. When they got the budget to make this video, they used it all to fly their friends down to Daytona Beach and film over a wild weekend.

You are exactly right, and it was during Spring Break in March of 1999...about 3 months before Hurricane Floyd passed by and took out 1/3 of the end of the Daytona Beach pier shown in the video.

This CD was one of the first 2 CDs I ever bought (cassettes before that, of course). It's weird not hearing the whole "To the beat y'all, rock rock" part at the end that leads into the 2nd song. One of the best songs on that album that is worth listening to is Junebug.

One of my favorite videos. Helps make the song. You're right it does sound like they have been partying all night. Because they did. They spend $100,000 on the video and most of it on alcohol. They took a bunch of friends down to FL and would film in the afternoon, because they were mostly hung over from drinking the night before.
