Just never stop responding and doing things like this. It will always help people back you and it makes it easier to realize just who you are and what you stand for. No matter how big you get its always good to leave cements or talk to people. It's really what sets brands and companies apart! We appreciate it as consumers.

It’s great to see when pc builders listen to community feedback and ideas. It creates a rapport that money can’t buy and make the potential buyers see their ideas / feedback etc as helping to make things better too.

I’ve been using a 750w SFX Corsair platinum psu with a Ryzen 3900x, Asus RTX3080 10GB, both overclocked and a slight undervolt, Closed loop setup and numerous NVME / SATA SSDs and some rgb lighting and NEVER had a pc shutdown or instability issues as result of my psu.

Alright...so you don't have 12th gen Intel. That's usually something I mention, not sure if I mentioned it here. Nvidia made those recommendations before Alder Lake and its tendency to run turbo clocks indefinitely was released. It tends to consistently eat up some of the wattage overhead that makes up for transient power spikes. An R9 3900X (especially an undervolted one) doesn't use nearly as much power as a 12900K. Aside from that, have you been paying attention to the info that's come out about 40 series? It's going to be even more power hungry. If you want to be able to upgrade without having to swap your PSU, you should overbuild power-wise. Your PSU is the *last* component you should take for granted.

If I had a 2.5k budget what SI would you recommend? I’ve been eyeing Redux and NZXT. I wanna run a ryzen 7 7700x but it seems I’m forced to go NVIDIA when I have a 6950XT that I’d rather use. I just want a solid build with good RGB. I bought a bunch of parts ($1700) worth on Newegg but it seems the mobo is bad. I just decided to return everything.

Just found your channel from recommendations watching Gamers Nexus latest video and subbed. You mentioned upgradeability, I think we are gonna hit a bottleneck with PCs kinda like phones hit with you really can't get much better the last few years with premium vs premium. The 40 series GPUs hitting later this year is for sure going to hit a power peak and 12th gen CPU's we just don't need anymore right now and probably won't for a good while. Once we get GPU's that can play lets say 120 FPS at 4K that's strong enough for the gamer/consumer/streamer. 15 Amp home outlet maxxed alone is 1800 watts

Build Redux does have a subpar Customer Service. Customer Service is in New Jersey, Tech Support in California. Customer Service doesnt know component prices, only Tech Support does. After they get your money, end of contact, only survey about their service.

I'd say the most bang for buck are always some sales and deals that Ibuypower or Cyberpower have but remember to always check the psu the pc comes with , check that the case has airflow and make sure that ur CPU is properly cooled. That's the only 2 companies that I somewhat think are legit for the rest of the system integrators Its a hard pass .

Brae, sign me up for wanting the new ibuypower front cover! I just bought an open box ibuypower BB993 to replace my my wife's aging PC. Even though she's not a gamer and it has an AIO cooler, I'd really like to increase the airflow. I'd pay $30 or $40 shipped for a replacement cover with the open grill.

I recently upgraded my Build Redux PC due to it having constant boot loops. I requested a CPU upgrade from 3700X that I replaced and damaged to 5600X. They said they dont upgrade single components only entire system. I told them I want another X570 MB instead of X570 Phantom Gaming 4 I had in there originally, that I dont want a B550 MB. Looking at their website right now, they dont list any X570 MBs listed with Ryzen CPUs. So, instead of an upgrade, I might have an MB downgrade to B550. And judging by the invoice I received from them today, they list CPU as 3700X, instead of 5600X as I wanted. Dont buy from Build Redux, please. Just buy from Digital Storm. PC from DS cost more, but much better quality, I hear.

Check and make sure everything is plugged in correctly some connectors might come loose over time especially if you clean your PC every so often . If yes the are you checking your temps ? Is it happening under load or even at idle power . If your PC is overheating they have it integrated in their operation software to auto kill once the PC hits a certain temp it saves it from frying your expensive parts. You probably need to take your processor off clean it the correct way and re apply thermal paste even If it's not overheating . Everything is updated ? Operating software drivers etc etc? There's so many things that could cause that . Do the things I have mentioned and come back to me if the problem still persists.

My CyberPower system arrived last Friday and while it looks great, I discovered two issues... The first being that it's missing 3 ARGB fans that I paid for. The second is the G-Skill ram is running at 2133 Mhz instead of 3600 Mhz and when I go to the bios and click on the XMP profile, it crashes the system on reboot. Both the motherboard and the ram support XMP so I don't understand why they shipped it running at 2133 instead of setting it to 3600. I contacted them and I'm still waiting for a response on where the missing fans are and how to set the ram speed correctly. I'm really disappointed that I'm having to contact them so quickly for these issues. If I was comfortable with messing around in the bios I might be able to fix it, but the last time I messed in bios settings, I killed the computer so I'm not willing to risk that again LoL. Hopefully they'll respond to me soon because until then I'm worried about using the computer as I've had more blue screens this past weekend just installing the drivers for the computer than I've had in the past five years on the old system. BuildRedux was the last system I had and it was a great system, but yeah the CS was a little lacking, but to be fair it was in December 2020 in the beginning of the shortages.

9:12 Really!?!? First of all LTT does a decent job, *sometimes,* but has had plenty of hot take videos that have methodological issues and/or have information that's just plain wrong. That video is a little misleading because they used all older and/or less demanding games, despite the fact that they clarified that it basically depends at the end of the video. I wouldn't totally rely on LTT being right or accurate because from personal experience I've had plenty of games that the system uses up to around 10gb or more active and that doesn't include things in reserve and the potential for hitting the page file which can cause stutters. Many modern games will work but have issues with using 8gb and people playing even semi modern AAA games should never go with 8gb if they can avoid it.
@braethorn2 жыл бұрын
If you watch my content, you know I've never recommended less than 16GB of RAM in any of my videos. I was just referring to what I saw in an LTT video. Not sure why this was so upsetting to you.
@gaunterodimm36062 жыл бұрын
@@braethorn This is the first time one of your videos has came up in my feed. So this video was an opportunity to gain a regular viewer, that also happens to watch tech content, a lot. It wasn't upsetting but it is a bit misleading for people that are not as knowledgeable as you or I. Which Is why I brought it up. I'm still willing to give you content a try though as generally it seem fairly well done from watching this first video. You may want to be careful referencing LTT though. GN and HUB are way more accurate and reliable sources.
@trevorallen85142 жыл бұрын
@@gaunterodimm3606 why would he want to be careful he didn't say anything bad or slander his name it's pretty common knowledge LTTs content or a majority of it isn't to teach or look out for the average consumer but it's mainly just entertainment to wow and keep you interested and make you want to buy stuff . Especially consuming brands that sponsor him . Which are alot of them 😂 Even which part and brand is the best videos he designs the tests in a way where it doesn't it use the full potential of whatever part he's using like the new amd and Intell processors he tested them in 1080p when they both get almost identical numbers with that resolution. and it always makes both seem good or so close to the same value it doesn't matter which one you buy. He should have tested them in 4 k that would have proven which one actually preformed better or better yet even performed it's main purpose higher more consistent 4 k fps at max settings 😂 he knows that but do you think the average or beginner PC enthusiast knows that ? Hell no. You think all that isn't on purpose ? There's so much more . I'm not hating or talking negativity about LTT has a much bigger brand and following he probably has people higher up telling him what's acceptable and not to put in a video not to mention if he gave a negative review on say intels top of the line new whatever . Someone like him could actually affect intels sales good or bad. He could potentially lose out on tons of money and sponsors from Intel and other company's afraid to take a chance of letting him give an honest review of their products.not to mention the possibility of being sued having your channel taken down whatever the case may be .

Hi there, really loved the video and everything! I am a recent buyer of Redux with the following Specs: CPU: Intel Core i9-12900k Cooling: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 Mirror Motherboard: Asus Z690-P D4 GPU: 3080Ti 12GB Founder's Edition RAM: 32GB DDR4 @3200Mhz Storage: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB + 2TB HDD Basically I topped it all out. About 3 or 4 weeks after using the PC, I started having a lot of bluescreen issues, and luckily for me I know enough about building PCs myself in which I could reseat RAM and the GPU when needed as that was one of my main issues. Bluescreens still happen from time to time, and I don't necessarily blame them for bluescreen issues or anything, but they just seem to happen at random. Don't know why or anything, but another main concern for me at the time was the Founders Edition of the GPU. I was hoping they would've given me more options such as 3 fans, but when playing games or video editing, my room gets really hot cause that GPU really has to put in the effort. I enjoy the system upgrade but the constant bluescreens for me have been detrimental to how much I use it.
