I am currently waiting on my second system from these guys, its a custom system I wanted to make edits to. Ive talked to support a few times this week and they have been fantastic in helping me make these very inconvenient changes(especially in this busy time). They have been absolutely fantastic to work with and very reasonable.

After building a bunch of PCs I decided to start buying prebuilts. I have had great experiences with ibuypower and now I trust them enough to recommend them to my former customers (they were never paying customers all of them were friends and family)

I ended up with a dead system and all trouble shooting failed. Steady VGA light and no POST. Calling tech support was a nightmare as I was on hold and the voicemail said wait time is one hour, then 90 minutes after 30 minutes waiting, then 2 hours, then 1 hour, back to 2 hours so I went to online chat. That was much faster but worthless! The tech said dead GPU likely (I concurred) or motherboard. They suggested a GPU swap that would take 4 weeks! That would put me out of the window of any chance of a refund for which the refund window 30 days and didn't guarantee it would fix the system! I could send the PC back for repair or replacement which was quoted at 7 weeks+ turnaround! Ridiculous! I asked couldn't they expedite a GPU to me quickly to see if that fixed it and the reply was if I BOUGHT one they could but would still take 4 weeks! So with those ridiculous options, I chose RMA for refund! Of course the tech said if that was my choice that he could not help me and I would need to contact sales, Calling sales was the same ridiculous wait times so again I went to online chat. They did issue the RMA number but would be up to 2 days to receive the return FEDEX label! Seriously? Anyone buying from iBuyPower beware! This kind of after sales service is crap in my book! I did learn a lot about PC troubleshooting though! Oh and after they receive the return it takes another 4 to 8 business days to get my refund. I forgot to ask, but hopefully they don't charge any restocking fee for returning a broken system! Also the tech support blamed the dead GPU on shipping damage so I asked why didn't they ship it with the GPU uninstalled and THAT is apparently a hidden option in their ordering system I never saw so it must be the customers fault! They should default to shipping it uninstalled to prevent damage especially if they are seeing a lot of issues, in my opinion. They are a huge operation according to Braethorn's video and they should have better after sales service than this!! They should have either sent a replacement GPU or system ASAP and extended the refund window accordingly along with the RMA label ASAP. and parts could cross ship! but no, they wouldn't do that! I once bought a Lenovo laptop with a design flaw and Lenovo sent an upgraded laptop to me immediately! Anyway, my saga! Now I'm in the waiting loop and out of a PC and need another option but also need the refund in order to proceed because it was a lot of money (around $1500) and I need to ensure no more surprises! Oh and the motherboard that supposedly was a Gigabyte B660 didn't match Gigabyte's online layout either! Be careful if you order from these guys! They may be great sometimes, or things may go from bad to worst like in my case! So yea, Happy New Year!

I usually build my own stuff but I was in a rush in 2017 and wanted to get our son a new gaming rig. I picked out the best things that I could afford at the time and ordered a system. It arrived in great shape and he played on that thing with no problems or modifications until this year. I just updated it to an RDX 3080 graphics card, added a larger 32-inch monitor, and upgraded the memory to 128 gb. He is super happy with it and I think he will get a few more years from it before we change out the chip and mb. Great product and I never had to call service once.

Just bought a 2,500 system from these guys. Hope it impresses me. I have a 4 year old Aventum X by Digital Storm which cost me 5,000, but I have used it for 10 hours a day, and I have never had an issue. SO fingers crossed my new one will be as reliable.

As an Australian 🇦🇺 We don’t get ibuypower pc’s but it’s interesting to see things behind the scenes and the real people who do the actual work and talk about their products and discuss what are sone of the issues/concerns etc they face in prepping for a new case, build, pc parts etc 🥰😇✊. Respect to these guys and the work they do 💪✊.

My 7700k GTX 1080 custom in the Chimera case just finally died on me almost 6 years and 8 months to the day from when the order was placed. I've had nothing but positive experiences w/ IBP so of couse my 5th PC had to be ordered. 14700k w/ 4070 ti. Should hopefully be shipped today as it has made its way through QC and burn in.

I built my own PC in April, and I wouldn't have felt confident to do that if I hadn't bought a well done prebuilt PC by a company like iBuyPower. It was decently specc'd at the time, but most of all, it was very easy to upgrade. I appreciate these prebuilt guys for that a lot

I recently got a pc from them and I have a VGA light on and I took out the graphics card took out the ram and I unplugged and replugged everything back in. Still have the same issue but I tried calling their technical support and they said they would be back on Monday so I’ll have to wait till Monday to get my pc fix, and it sucks because this is my first gaming pc and I really wanted to play on it.

@@drastikjdm4door ya I called them and they said it sounds like the graphics card got damaged during shipment. So they wrote up an RMA and I sent it back and they are giving me a free one so hopefully this fixes it and if it doesn’t I may return the whole thing. Thanks for asking

You'll have to just wait. Depending on how expensive it is and your bank. I just ordered mine for the first time in Oct. and Ibuypower said it was declined due to potential fraud . I had to say yes I authorized the purchase with my bank. They're a busy company.

Sadly my current system, my second AND probably last IbuyPower from Bestbuy almost $2,300 wasted but having to deal with until I can afford to upgrade ) I had to do a swap due to the USB controller dying on my still under-warranty Snowblind system) kept overheating the CPU from day one. I swapped out the water block for a huge air cooler and immediately got temps almost 10° lower than they ever got on the shipped with liquid cooling unit. (now I am afraid of trusting liquid-cooled systems), Now I am saving for a new system but it will be some time before I can afford a decent Photo/Video editing/Gaming rig as my hope is to get the latest CPU/GPU for a bit of longevity and that averages $3,900-$4,500+ it seems. I am a disabled Veteran trying to make a business from making custom Pet memorials, but this system is not stable enough for my future business.

This company sucks, I spent $2,600 on a pc and when their liquid cooler shits the bed only after a year with 50 hours on the pc they don’t stand behind it. Im not the only one with this issue. It’s all over the internet about this issue. I’ll be building my own pc after the experience from Ibuypower.

reviewing a lot of the comments on here I guess I am going to be in the minority. iBUYPOWER sucks, purchased a system from these guys, first off a week after I bought it they slashed the price on the system. So it was highly over priced, I called them because the case was damaged during shipping and the PC would not post. The customer service was an absolute nightmare and basically I ended up with a hunk of junk that I cannot even use as a paperweight. I love you channel but really bummed at your blindsided support for these guys, but hey I am sure you get a lot swag from them, not hating just stating the facts.

Some of the biggest piles of junk up there with Dell. Shipped with cheap parts and no qa but makes a good paper weight. Seriously why do people not watch reviews? Horrible customer service cheaply made and over priced. I guess if you’re to lazy to build one and got double the money I see why people buy these.
