The hexagon granny square is a favorite of mine. They are easy to do just six sides of six squares on each side. I haven't done an octagonal one.😂❤

Hi Catherine, I used Hayfield bonus DK . If you look at my retro throw video it has all the colours listed in the description as I used this for the demo.

@@RosegarlandCreations Ah! It doesn't have to be the Hayfield yarn, you can use any DK weight and get the same result. Great that you have learnt how to crochet by watching KZbin videos, keep on going! ❤
