This is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever listened to. I keep coming back because I'm enthralled with every aspect of it. I wish every piece of music could move me like this could. I tell everyone about it, but I still feel so selfish to enjoy it. Thank you so much for your work on this. It has helped me through so many fucking dark nights.

Aw, thank you Augybear. This song offered me a way to grieve and process a lot of what I find is consuming me but hard to put my finger on. It's powerful to know that it has also helped you.

@@braidsmusic the music compliments the concept so well; the quiet moments of introspection, the deafening feeling of our own critiques, it's just all so perfect. My depression felt just like this song, and listening to it helped me to get to a peaceful place in the end. Thank you so damn much for your art.

Braids... wow.. This is a suuuper heartfelt work of art. Musical craftsmanship paired with stunning, REAL, CLEAR lyrics that speak to you, that sink into your soul like a spiritual time-bomb. As I watch this on loop in July 2020, I feel stunned by the timing of the original release. How incredibly prophetic. What's really personal to me in this is that I live in Montreal, and these night landscapes I've wandered are so beautifully portrayed (congrats to the director of photography on this, holy moly), I feel a deep connection to the vibe here. To make matters even "worse" that dog looks soooo much like my old pupper Skippy, RIP in peace lil budd. Back when we used to live in the countryside, my Dad was jogging and out of the bushes came a random pupper who just followed him home. He lived a good life (we think he was like 14-15 by the time he passed). Anyways, such a gud boi in this clip! Gosh that shot indoors, cuddling, wow.. The colour grading is soooo-o-o-o on point. Jeez. Simon Stalenhag vibes, Burial vibes..... damn damn damn.
