Looks like a longevity x prize candidate. Can anyone go to the Aviv clinic or do you have to be 60+? What if you're 40 and otherwise healthy?

We have people of all ages come to our clinic. The earlier and more proactive the process is started, the better. An ounce of prevention, is more than a pound of cure.

The speaker is definitely not worth the X prize. That prize is for innovators.

I imagine that HIF-1alpha upregulation can be upregulated by repeated bouts of deep breathing and breath holding which will transiently lower SPO2 to 70% or less. Similarly, just holding breath on daily walks, about 15 seconds every few minutes. Hypoxia will also upregulate autophagy. Get the brain benefits of exercise too. This is not say that HBOT is not useful, as work with brain injuries demonstrates.

Same talking points as always. Nutrition, sleep, exercise, connection, stress management. Oh, and rapamycin. I’m getting really sick of these researchers setting the bar so low.
