I'm doing this exercise everyday more than a week now and I don't know how to thank you cause my finger joints are painless now when i'm drawing with pen or working with mouse and keyboard or even i'm playing guitar... I was so dissapointed when I wasn't able to work and do my routin and I was just resting but nothing were happening then this video saved me :)))

I'm a 19yo crochet artist, haven't stopped working the orders for the past week days and nights, and my God don't my fingers hurt a lot. Woke up this morning my joints were hurting more than ever. I did this exercise, although that clenching and opening exercise felt like torture, my fingers do feel a bit lighter. I think I have to do this exercise more, maybe daily, to feel better than they are now. Thank you!!

Stop this have you got a hidden camera in my home. I am suffering so badly. All of my fingers have become so painful, you would not believe. I've been exercising them. They have suddenly started to curl and the pain is unbelievable. I am just falling apart. Doing your videos each day to help. Bless you lovely lady. You're my friend for life. Xxx

Another one to add to my daily routine! Thank you so much, Linda. I have RA and OA in my finger joints with some joint damage. My fingers are tingling and they really do feel much lighter. Next day ... Have done this exercise twice today so far. The benefit is incredible. And, also for one of my cats. She hopped on the bed with me about an hour after my last workout, and was fascinated with my fingers. She couldn't get enough of nosing them. I then spent about ten minutes massaging around her jaws and ears - much longer than she usually wants. She also has autoimmune disease, expressed as gingivitis, and I am hoping that she, too, will benefit on an ongoing basis from these fabulous finger exercises.

The first 2 sessions of the "shaking", my right wrist (work-mouse hand) was screaming. I kept going and not gonna lie, by the 3rd shaking, it felt fabulous! Thank you for this!
