There was actually a joke in Super of how Roshi can't fly. Tekking101, assumes that the reason for this is that the flying technique was originally taught at the Crane school, the one Tien and Chiatzu were members of. And since Roshi was rivals with that school he refuses to learn it. It makes sense.

The Frieza Shuffle is the one good thing that came out of this game. This game makes Castlevania: Judgement look badass. (Edit) Corrected "god" to "good." Laptop screen is borked, so it's hard to see mistakes sometimes.

Hercule is not only viable in Tenkaichi but also overpowered. If your opponent can't tech the present bomb infinite you automatically win. All his moves are ridiculously cheap in energy and his grab is good. Where I play regularly there's only 2 characters banned in tournament play; Broly and Hercule.

to correct you Ryan, this game isn't an SNES Port of the Super Butoden series. The reason the game feels old and clunky is because it is. the original Japanese release was in 1994 for the PS1. Atari did not publish it here until 2003. and even for 2D DBZ fighters DBZ Hyper Dimension existed for that fix.
