Adman , sticky calipers....drop them in a bucket of diesel for a couple of days , sorted . However, it sounds more likely you need to replace your hand brake cable

Enjoyed this one again mate. A little stutter to the start but you got there in the end and that’s all that matters. Getting out there and finding different places to camp and bumble around. You did mention festering on the settee and not heading out because of the weather maybe or just not got the gumption and that’s ok but to be out there in the fresh air is better I’d say so yeah good point. You might need an uprated alternator if you're charging a leisure battery. I'm no expert but maybe worth asking before you get your new one fitted.

having the same issues with dragging brakes, i changed the calipers, still happening. could be the brake hose degraded inside, crap in the lines, abs module or the brake master cylinder is failing.

My issue was the anti squeal springs were rusty and held one of the pads against the disk.

Mate that subframe etc needs a good wire brush, kurust and underbody treatment. Bit rusty!
