Forbidden in marriage and requiring you to abstain from meats. Sounds like a warning against being near roman catholic priests.

If you point these things out to the brothers and sisters, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished on the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed. 1 Timothy 4:6 NIV

So I woke up this morning and said to myself, I wanna do something new from today onwards. I wanna wake up with a bible study every morning and stop checking my WhatsApp messages and people's status (BUTA). God led me straight to your video. What a coincidence.

It's a really good explanation. I find an error at 4:22 ..... where you said he really pushes Peter instead of Timothy.

Yeah, I know it was an honest mistake. I've made plenty of those while preaching. Thanks for pointing it out.

The key point in v. 3 is “which God hath created to be received as food“ this is easily overlooked, as “look everything God created is good”…but it goes into v 4 “every creature OF GOD is good. Stop and ask yourself this, did the early sects of believers have a New Testament to learn their doctrine and correction in righteousness from? No…. They didn’t, so how could this mean that Paul told Timothy to feel free to go and have a Luau? Question 2. Which foods DID God create to be received as food? Did he create pigs and lobster to be received as food for this non New Testament having sects of early believers? No he didn’t. Question 3. Which foods ARE of God, are all foods of God? No, they clearly are not all SANCTIFIED by the WORD, aka commandment of God to be received as food. Question 4 is keeping the Torah of God regarding food a doctrine of the devils if God gave the commandments? Are they the commandments of the Devil or of God? Are their sects of so called believers that teach their congregation to abstain from Marriage? Yes. Are there sects of believers that teach their followers to abstain from receiving the foods God created to be received as food? Yes… wouldn’t those be who Paul is warning Timothy about?
