Bmarsh didn’t know how to stop interrupting everyone and he still does it. Even if the show DID work he had Beyonce syndrome and the guys felt more like subordinates rather than partners at the end of the day. The pivot seems more like a joint venture and that why I believe it works better.

I can relate to what Brandon is like; he has a corporate demeanor, which is something I often encounter in my interactions with engineers. I've seen folks who switch from friendly to prudent at the drop of a dime. It can be jarring, especially among black men, but if you’re smart, it’s something you appreciate it
