34:23 "if you have siblings you actually enjoy hanging out with and a mother who actually loves you, thats all you need" kennedy hit the nail on the head, I absolutely adore your family's dynamic. I have 4 siblings and we all have a different relationship with our mom, but one thing she's always emphasized to us growing up and kinda even now is that she isn't our friend, so don't talk to her like a friend (verbatim)... can't say I'm close to her or my siblings who fight so hard for her love 😅

shes lying to herself to make excuses for why she has no life, no job, no man, leeches off her sisters fiance etc etc. shes a womanchild and is coping by clinging to her immediate family to feel safe from living a real unique life.

Gotta disagree with the idea that men can't make good partners if they don't have women in thier lives. My husband is one or 7 boys and every one of them treats women millions of times better thank many men who have close relationships with the women in thier lives. If you have proper values you will be a good human being

41:20 Claudia I totally agree w you! Here’s a little background of my dad🙄… His mom is the worst (or at least that’s what I hear because I’ve met her once and I was young). I’ve heard how she burned him, on purpose, as a form of punishment or just an anger outburst. She whacked either him or one of his siblings (he has a lot) with a broom. And my dad was always yelled at and just abused by his mom. Rarely do I hear anything good about her and I think that’s why I’ve only met her once as a young child. To say generational actions continue I totally agree. My dad has choked me ONCE when I was 13 during a very heated argument. My dad has a very short temper and he can go from 0-100 so f*cking fast. He gives me anxiety. It honestly upsets me that my mom is still with him cause during arguments he’ll tell her he doesn’t love her and then they’ll make up. Or he’ll threaten a divorce or to separate as a solution to a small problem. And it gets worse but… I digress🙄 The impact he’s had on me from when I was young to now (just turned 26), is insane. I feel like I have anger issues during arguments like I just want to punch a wall, literally. A lot of other traumas not involving my family/dad have happened. But not having your dad because you’re scared of his reaction…it sucks. But I ❤ you guys and your podcasts/Kennedy+Claudia’s videos are so much fun and relaxing to watch😘

weed is great and I still prefer it over alcohol but I used to smoke every day for 10+ years and finally decided to take a break when I turned 30 because I thought smoking every day at this age was a bit sad lol the come down was an absolute shit show, worst 2 months of my life 😂I've been sober for 1,5 years now just because I'm scared to start again and experience another come down 🙃occasional smoking is fine, I just think smoking every day for a long period of time is not a good idea
@plenilunioabisalАй бұрын
it actually isn’t healthy, prolonged use of marijuana in time causes amotivational syndrome which can easily disguise as depression, people tend to believe that marijuana use helps with depression and anxiety symptoms and it may be true when you use it occassionally and in a social environment, when you start to smoke alone and build a whole rutine based on it is when problems start and many people don’t realize all those symptoms are caused by smoking weed, i’m not against weee at all, I think what’s essential is to use it with responsibility; and I come from a place where I was pretty addicted to it and developed this syndrome, and if I wasn’t a psychologist I would’ve probably never noticed it was because of that, because I swore it “made me feel better” 1000% of the time I smoked. Now I use it occassionally when sharing with friends and have a healthy relationship with it, and you can notice the positive effects immediately even though you obviously go through abstinence, luckily weed abstinence is much less anguishing than other drugs.
@sarakeber8492Ай бұрын
@@plenilunioabisal amotivational syndrome actually makes a lot of sense and pretty much sums up a period of my life after prolonged marijuana use. I actually still feel the effects after 1,5 years but I can proudly say that I'm getting my spark... back slowly but surely :)

@@suomynonaanonymous Umm except for the fact having kids in ur mid to late 30s and even 40s literally puts u in high risk pregnancy territory. And the chances of u being able to even get pregnant massively decrease. And the chances of ur body having complications, or ur child getting defects, and issues massively increase. On top of that people choosing to prioritize relationships, family, and kids later in life is resulting in lots of people failing to get any of that at all or having less kids than they would otherwise. Which is contributing to the tanking birth rates, which is a big issue for any country. Cause well the only long term solutions for that are to at some point take an economic hit/tanking for a few years. Or to subsidize the loss in population with mass immigration, resulting in a complete restructuring of the country socially and culturally.
