4:42 there are actually 10 including frustration and return. Since the question was how many it can learn? When you catch a shadow mewtwo it already has frustration. And when you save it via purification, the mewtwo learns return

I think the wanting to know how many moves and what they are was a bit hard when the questions of how many fingers or toes was much easier.
