I really like Chef Jack and I honestly think Kyle is trying to pick on the wrong person. I think he'll get more than he bargains for with this one. "Choose your battles wisely." Cause its the quietest one's you've got to watch. And it appears Kyle is a bit jealous of Chef Jack and Lilly for no other reason then their shared nationalities. We do have a daft banter that other brits will understand, quiet easily and others will find odd or shit. Likewise we find some others banter a bit weird at first, Theres nothing to be jealous about, its actually quite Crazy.

Tumi deserves ALL the trouble Kyle is causing her this season, plus more. She collaborated with him prior to the season starting. She formed her opinions on crew members prior to meeting them herself and developing her own relationship & opinion of her crew. She allowed Kyle to corrupt her; She came onto the boat with an attitude towards some crew members based on what Kyle told her. That was very stupid of her and this is the consequence of that action. Also, Lily was spot on Kyle - If you dare have an opinion differing his, you become Enemy #1. He doesn't want friends; he wants minions.

I don't know about yachting but in my work I have to send home someone who's under the influence (believe me it's happened 3 times) HR will not allow me to even deal with the colleague whilst not stone cold sober, for both of our protections. Besides they are not on the clock. Kyle in size is rather intimidating and volatile, So it's not wise to do it whilst under the influence, not when he flies off the handle sober, Tumi said she will talk to him without alcohol, so we'll just have to wait and see.

I give all 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻up to Capt Sandy she is a true leader I just watch the old episodes of Three’s Company and she was teaching Malia which I truly love she’s great but Sandy u are a true leader who cares about her crew if there determined to accomplish some in the career she will do every to help you but in that episode I seen Hanna was really get pissed about her interference but here in the new episodes I was hoping she fired Kyle but I see she didn’t Sandy you need to stop his drama before he something bad happens the chief Stew needs to step up she knows what is going on it may be there free time here but she is responsible when Kyle gets back to the yacht if she can’t control it then it’s Capt Sandy who will do her job unless this is ti get more publicity for the show which would truly suck I believe Kyle needs some professional help and that would be ill responsible for the bravo team to let this go

sandy SUX. when she saw the mess in the crew galley, she yelled at the bosun, luka, who is the head of the deck crew,who have NOTHING to do with the interior. she even yelled at luke because there was a full trash bag in the kitchen. it is the INTERIOR'S job to tell the deck crew that trash needs to be taken out. it's not the deck crew;s job to keep checking on interior trash. sandy just showed that she is prejudiced against men. both those incidents , sandy should have yelled a tumi. tumi is the head of interior. it's tumi's job to make sure the galley is clean and it's her job to check on the trash and ask the deckhands to take the trash out. and kyle , the queen is making this show impossible to watch

Kyle absolutely sucks and didn’t Jessika get so drunk she literally went to the hospital the next day on her first night out, now she’s complaining about Lily not getting up, and Sandy gets her up with attitude and just calmly sent a way less sick Jessika to the hospital, this is possibly the worst season of below deck in a long time. I feel bad for Tumi and I like the two female deckhands Lara and Haleigh but in general this is a tough season to take and once again Kyle sucks, period.
