Elizabeth does seem very nice. But a job is a job, and when your boss gives you instructions, then has to constantly come around to see if you are working, of course your boss will get irritated. Chess was too nice in my opinion, before she just had enough. The main problem here is Elizabeth doesn't think she did anything wrong....that she was doing the job. Hopefully she learns from this experience, but I suspect she may be fired again in the future from another job.

Elizabeth needs to grow for sure. But Francesca is the worst boss I have ever seen. She needs to be let go and not be a leader until she is trained. You dont reprimand employees in front of others. And you dont talk about others' issues with other employees. Cannot stand Francesca. Really hope we never have to see her again. She is a mean girl, not a professional. It was racism. She didn’t like her from the beginning. The level of animous, disrespect and condescension was beyond unreasonable. The tension the chief stew created would have set any moderately capable stew for failure. Remember she also chased away Izzy.

She's said in many interviews that she didn't go to captains with petty things, that it would make HER look like she was unprofessional and couldn't handle stews. She didn't even tell Lee about Ashton's behavior. She also was much better at handling the stews and adapting work routines and scheduling to their weaknesses. Your assessment is completely wrong.

Francesca was a total bully and she talked about Liz gossiping and all she did was gossip about Liz. She is just jealous of Liz. Captin lee was totally inappropriate. Saying she would be a one-night stand if she wasn't on the boat. I thought they are all elitist typical snobs. Ash is two face and backstabber. Just the fact captain lee let Fran fire her so she could get some glee is disgusting. Captin lee should have seen that Liz did do the work. Ash is a total mean girl.

When Elizabeth said in a previous episode, I hope to not fall in love on one charter at least. Makes you think, maybe that’s how she lasted so long on other charters . Possibly screwing around with the right person, so her job didn’t matter as much because whomever was getting some nookie on the side. Because the way she acted and obviously didn’t learn her job very well, how did she last through supposedly 4 yrs of charters ? Makes you wonder, because she was definitely not good at her job. Really curious her job performance from all her other charters turned out, she just didn’t have enough training ? How did she slide by so long, and said she’d fallen in love every charter she was on before this one. She was given a lot of chances to do better, but it was in one ear out the other. She needs to teach yoga or something? Seems it was something she was really into, so maybe she’d take more pride in her job ? But cleaning and dealing with clients , just not her cup of tea. Rachel really didn’t have any friends because of her behavior. Leaving the boat like she did, most lost respect for her. She maybe a great chef, but her people skills not so much. Not saying Francesca was very great at her job at times, there was a lack of communication between them. Elizabeth, omg. She did make herself look that much more immature, you don’t lower yourself to begging like she did. Makes you think, it’s worked for her in the past as well ? You don’t want pity like that, have some self respect girl seriously. I’m bummed the season ended the way it did, far as Elizabeth saying it was karma. Again, delusional. Girl go study up on stones and healing etc, you have a passion for it. Maybe that’s what your meant to do ? Oh and Rob in my opinion, was jealous of izzy and couldn’t handle it . He needs to go back to his planet, lol. I loved ashling, and Eddie. And of course Capt Lee, just did great. I didn’t like the last charters comment, “ I wonder what poor people are doing right now”. Why are some rich people like that ? Even if I were rich like them, I’d never make a comment like that. Shows a lot of your character. So, this is my opinion of this season. Loved and hated it at times, but I love the show. I hope it comes back 🙏

Thank you, well said. The girl left the vacuum cleaner outside, she left her uniform on deck along with her radio. She didn’t even pick up behind herself. The entire job is catering & cleaning . . . For someone with “4 years experience”( which I think was a lie) why did she continually screw up the most basic tasks? And still doesn’t feel she deserved to be fired. I hope she gets one day, the kind of service she gives (besides from men). Maybe then she’ll appreciate her BOSS’S THOUGHTS & ACTIONS.

Rachel is good for tv because she's shows beautiful plating and shows how tragic she can get when drunk and frustrated. She's just good for TV. I bet Bravo will bring her back for the same reason. How it is garnering respect when you talk behind your underlings back to their co-workers, mocking them, laughing at them, insulting them and undermining their efforts. these are what I witnessed Francesca do. No matter, you saw something completely different. Fran has no idea how to go about leadership and giving respect and dignity - it is abuse of power. I would fire Fran in a Nano second, because it IS what is right. Elizabeth, though not a hardcore disciplined worker, tried her best. perhaps in the eyes of the chief stew and the captain it wasn't enough - that does not give Francesca the right to abuse Elizabeth behind her back with the other members of the crew, which she did almost every episode - with eye rolling, bad mouthing, gossiping and on and on and on. the final scene where she chose to fire Elizabeth was an outright public humiliation ritual which Fran derived GREAT joy and a sense of power from doing in front of the entire viewing audience. Down right despicable character in my book. God Bless Elizabeth, a nice and decent human being. With practice and respect Elizabeth would have become a great second stew. I have no doubt. I witnessed abuse on board this season - from Fran and her little flying monkey Ashling. A complete SNITCH.
