There's a Brazilian steakhouse in Columbus OH called Rodizio I got to try earlier this year. It doesn't look like it was as nice as Texas de Brazil, but it was still delicious. Also, our group DESTROYED the grilled pineapple and garlic steak. Did they have grilled pineapple there?

let me know if you want any help translating Brazilian recipes, Brazilian food slaps. You should try Brazilian stroganoff, which really has nothing to do with real stroganoff. Its meat cooked with garlic, onion, mushrooms, mustard and ketchup and cream served over rice with crispy potato sticks on top. Sounds whack but its so good.

Fogo de Chão isn't a good deal even here in Brazil. They're too expensive and, at least here, there are many churrascarias better than them. If the quality of Fogo de Chão in America is as near the Brazilian, I'm sure you'll find something better.

If you're all about the value you extract from the restaurant, sure - might get some toilet paper from the bathroom for home 😉 But if you want a great meal and enjoy your experience, combine the meat with something acidic or starchy to balance out the flavors. It just tastes better, that's how we're wired.
