thank you for the excellent oven instructions. some of us need that type of extra specific instructions - - there are too many settings on an oven these days, you can't just say "'bake at 200" anymore and expect a dumbass like me to know what all that entails. So thank you once again. I wish more people would do that. It makes a difference.

Iv just tried doing this shape and u make it look so easy. My dough was too floppy when you pick it. Did you chill your dough overnight so it was easier to manage
