Made it yesterday. A good and easy recipe. First time mixing all ingredients together, attaining same result when we place butter midway during mixing. Thank you, Michael!

thank you for the excellent oven instructions. some of us need that type of extra specific instructions - - there are too many settings on an oven these days, you can't just say "'bake at 200" anymore and expect a dumbass like me to know what all that entails. So thank you once again. I wish more people would do that. It makes a difference.

Anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, or more depending on your hand power.

why use bread flour when you can achieve the same results by using all purpose flour. isn’t all purpose flour is so much cheaper.

Mr. Lim, my congrats for this recipe. So different. I did the recipe but I am in doubt about the weight when Mr. Lim put each piece of dough into the balance. Could Mr. inform the weight of each little balls of dough that we need to put in the balance? Thank you so much!!

Iv just tried doing this shape and u make it look so easy. My dough was too floppy when you pick it. Did you chill your dough overnight so it was easier to manage
