Hello Michael. I started to make this bread yesterday but when I mixed all the ingredients, the dough was so hard that the mixer blade wouldn’t even move so I decided to add more milk another egg and butter to salvage. Finally it reached the softness and texture of your dough and the bread turned out amazingly delicious. Would you specify the liquids in millilitres and ounces too? I have digital scales and always weigh my ingredients instead of using cup measure. I love your recipes and they always turn out great but this time don’t know where I went wrong but at least salvaged it by adding more liquid in the form of egg, butter and milk. Thank you

I discovered your channel a few weeks ago while I was searching for the perfect soft bread recipe. Well, I have to say: I finally found it 🤩. I have tried so many different recipes for this type of bread, but this one is by faaaar the best one yet and has become my goto recipe for soft „brioche“-like bread. So far, I made it as individual braided rolls, as a whole braided bread like challah and even like a babka filled with cream cheese. They all turned out amazing 😍 and it really stays soft for days, but usually it doesn’t last that long, cause my family looooves it so it‘s gone almost as soon as it comes out of the oven😋. So thank you so much for this wonderful recipe 👍🙏🏻.

It's really a delicious bread recipe, easy ingredients, yet the trick of success , depends on how the dough is made , the way of kneading, and the duration of kneading, that's why a kneading machine is very helpful, to save, prevent hands problems issues in the future . I just made this, and it turned out great! Absolutely lovely texture and flavor, and looks really good as well. I put the dough pieces in a round shape instead of a rectangular one, and that worked fine as well. Thank you for sharing the recipe and technique.

I love it. The only bad thing is that I don't have a mixer, I do bread, I knead it for about 30 minutes but it does not last soft for mores then 2 days. I guess because the recipe I use is with butter instead of oíl. I will do yours as soon I get my kitchen aid mixer
