Keep planting and get the schools to teach the children to plant and the importance of planting and looking after their land. This is most important. This was given to me by my grandmother and I have been doing this to my son and anyone who is interested

Breadfruit Trees are in South Florida where it's very Tropical! People who are interested in planting crops of every variety do so with confidence...(My Sister's friend and Neighbor, for example) My Bro a few months ago got a big plant from someone in the area where lives! Thank you so much for the great work you're all doing! Breadfruit is one of my fa ourite foods, but I didn't know one could enjoy it in so many ways! Thanks so much for sharing! Blessings😀💖💖

Using our sugar is also better than importing white. We have sugar cane, and we can grow parsnip for sugar, flour and greens.

Use our fruits for cake, eg black cake instead of importing. And grow more indegenous vegetables eg callaloo, Learning to eat dasheen leafs and pumpkin leaves cuisines from Africa and India and Asia. See how we can incorporate them in our cuisines.

Coco leaves are edible. Bitter melon flour and chou chou flour. Bitter melon leaves cooked like spinach is fantastic or mix with salt fish. Jamaicans have to learn to pound everything down and store away for rainy day. We have the sun and salt let us use it wisely. Stop the begging and importing. Even the very Bitter orange skin can be tried and turned into powder. MOST IMPORTANT WE NEED OUR MEN TO COME UP WITH A DECENT MILL OR GRINDER TO GRIND THE PROVISIONS.

Plant as much beans as possible we can make flour from beans and lentils. We need to stop competing with each other and work together. India does wonders with the different flours. Millet is a much needed flour especially finger Millett.
