At work I use an Hot logic. It’s like what your using. It goes up to i believe 165•. You can cook salmon and filet mignon in it with no problems. It’s 1 off the best inventions.

Hi Steve, I saw your video on your new fridge. I'd like to do the same, but am wondering how to keep someone from stealing it when I go out to ride and come back at the end of the day. What do you do? Do you chain it to something or just not worry about it?

About all you can do is slow someone down. I have a locking cable I can run through the handles. But I've never had a problem yet (knock on wood) of theft at a campsite. I do try to put it where someone driving by can't see it from the road.

Don’t buy a camping solar oven lol. We tried to rely on one and it was cloudy every day :(
