Not to mention it is absurd to cook steak in such a small and shitty pan, searing a piece of steak before wiping it completely dry and seasoning it with salt and pepper only shows this dude does not know how to cook steak.

🤦‍♂️ you watched the first minute of this video, and still left this comment. Sooo....you just came here intent on complaining? Well I hope you’re somehow better off after that thumb-work man.

Your body doesn't give a fuck if the steak was cooked in a large enough pan or seared or not. Nutrition is just a means to an end for many people. Body needs X I will eat X. Not saying there's anything wrong with cooking better or enjoying your meals is bad its just different for some people. This steak looked delicious to me tho, but what large piece of protein doesnt?

Pro tip for steak. Pan as hot as possible. And pat it dry before cooking. ‘Blood’ boils off before crust forms but if you pat it dry, crust forms straight up.

That’s inaccurate. There are similar levels of MCTs in both refined and unrefined. Please provide any evidence to back this statement. (I use both, FYI. Refine just works a bit better with higher heat cooking)

You are supposed to season it before you cook it, and it is best to drain/release most or all of the blood before (there are a lot of nasty stuff in the blood).
