Joe is the man! I haven’t been watching these videos as frequently as I used to, and my training has definitely gotten less organized.

One of my 'go to' training channels. Everything is very thoughtful and deliberate. The other is John Meadows. It makes sense that TRuff is using both of these guys and is progressing and winning.

Great stuff! Would be very helpful if you had a bullet point style list of the exercises in the video description. Bonus points for time stamps, but not even necessary.

Great point on splitting up heavier back work. Due to prior back damage I switched to rack pulls vs deads years ago. On leg day I'll do dumbbell stiff leg deadlifts, off day, then back day starting with rack pulls after warming up. This has worked great for me for growth and strength.

Hello Joe - are there in your opinion better and less optimal combinations of muscle groups trained together in one workout. E.g. is it generally better to combine agonistic muscles like pushing groups in one workout, pulling in the next, and legs in another one? Or is it better to combine antagonistic groups in one workout, e.g. chest + back, biceps + triceps, etc.? Or does it really not matter that much? And what is your preferred frequency of training each muscle group - once a week or more frequently? Thank you in advance and thanks for your informative videos

in your opinion, are power cleans a good sub for a deadlift variation?
