I encourage you to look up employment laws and educate yourself so you and the people around you don't become a victim of your(their) own ignorance. Maternity Leave is a protected absence, an employer can't fire you because of that no matter if it's a "At Will" state or not. If iHeartMedia decided to let her go, they will have to prove to her that her firing is just and not due to her Leave which would be hard to do if she is just at home taking care of her baby. An employer has to keep your job open or something similar if you're on maternity, medical, National Guard, etc leave. And for added protection a contract is made outlining the dos and don't of her employment so she can say she abided by all the rules of the organization. And a contract can be for all sorts of things negotiated from keeping your employed to how they can fire you all the way down to performance based incentives. But don't take my word for it, do your own research before you jump out the window.

Lauren is a real journalist, Jess is a comedian. Both ladies bring different vibes to the platform and I like them both. Even when they were looking for a third cohost I always said Lauren and Jess glad to see all of them on but hopefully they find a way to keep Lauren on.

Lauren was what was missing since Yee’s departure. I wasn’t a religious listener once Angela left. Then Jess came and I couldn’t stomach the show anymore. I listened one day to a clip with Lauren, and I loved the vibe. Became a religious listener like it was 2015 again! Jess better keep it going how Lauren was holding it down.
