The 80s where the greatest times. Things where still natural and innocent. If you didn't live in the 70s through early 90s, you missed the good times when life was enjoyable.

Damn right. I truly miss those days and wish I would have enjoyed them even more, instead of wanting to grow up and get out of school. Though I can at least be grateful for the experience, whereas kids these days just don't have a clue.

Okay, so from 0:59 to 3:47 is one shot. Do you people understand that? Not only was Turbo dancing that entire time, he and the crew were in sync while rotating the room to his movements. That's 3 minutes of excellence right there!! I really do love this film, I would have loved to see a third where some new dancers come on the scene and TKO have to come out of retirement and burn 'em!

1980s. 1982 we had Metal starting up on MTV. We had game rooms. Going to Grand Prix race o Rama, the mall, movies. All the great rock concerts, cruising the tri county yo. The Metal Chicks and the Madonna wannabe chicks..house parties. Being a teenager to 20 years old in 1989 . It was simple then. No social media. Internet cellphones. No one ever thought of the dehumanization and DESENSITIZED world that is today😔. However music is ever changing and perhaps the 80s vibe will come back to remind us all. We HAVE EACH OTHER. For the next gen. Be well out there.

This must have been so exciting for Cannon Films and also to Michael Chambers for the overwhelming response of the broom dance in the first film to come up with something even better than before. I believe it was Menahem Golan who decided to come up with this concept of 'dancing on the ceiling like Fred Astaire.' Ironic as the character of Turbo didn't know who Fred Astaire was, which was a nice touch. Still a great sequence and you can really tell everyone was buzzing at the success of the first film and rushing to get this done within the same year. Both have such charm to them and I never tire of watching these films. Such happier times.

The entire set is being turned clockwise/counterclockwise as he dances around the room, allowing him to transition from floor, to wall, to ceiling, etc. Since the cameras are attached to fixed points on the set, the room doesn't appear to be moving at all. When the girl comes in, they only either show her in separate shots that were filmed when the set was turned right-side-up, or she is shown "leaning" against the wall, but she is actually laying on the wall until the room turns upright.
