The Pitch meetings for Daredevil, Tenet and Old are really good! Other than that, he did the Harry Potter ones (one for the entire series and one for each movies), Toy Story, Mulan (the film) and that's all I can think of the top of my head...

Love your reaction as always! I agree with you about the difference between art and mainstream movies. For me, the best pitch meetings(beside Twilight) are : Super Mario Bros, Tenet, Mulan (the new one), Unbreakable, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory, all the Home Alone ones, Wonder Woman 1984, Tiger King.

Yep, Nick's right, tough top gun story's plot was taken from other movies, but still it was great to watch, I loved the top gun.

So these book came out when I was in hs and I never really made fun of the books or people who read cause I assumed they were teenage mush made for young girls and was just to far out my lane to comment on.. But my god when the movies came out I kept asking my gf at the time 'this is how it is in the book?!' In the all the media content iv absorbed thru my life the twilight saga may be the single worst story I've ever encountered. The characters their traits, their goals, their growth.. like I don't know what people got out of these.

I disagree with Nick with mainstream movies. Twilight is garbage but thats the case for most teen movies, first 2 Hunger Games movies are the exception. I see it the other way around. Oscar bait movies are boring and elitist cause they're enjoyed by 5% of the population but they want to convince everyone that's what we should be liking and if we like movies that actually entertain us then we like inferior art. Regardless of how good a comedic movie is it'll never win an oscar, nor will blockbusters. It's not about quality its about judging at face value cause quality is only pevieved to be coming possible exclusively in dramatic period pieces about a true story with an important social message topped off but a lead actor/actress who has 16 different emotional scenes in a 90 minute movie and its all designed to win Oscar's. Art is subjective. That being said you can look at movies like Gone Girl, Knives Out recently, Gifted, etc all these movies that are grounded and dramatic or comedic but resonate with the general public. Its because they're good movies and I think Hollywood elitists need to stop with the Oscar bait movies and actually make movies people like. No one wants to watch endless period pieces about true stories cause thats what Oscars and Hollywood deem as art we want to enjoy art in all its forms whether it be Comedy, Drama, Blockbuster or whatever. Just make it good and people will enjoy but it you make it to win oscars you can't complain about people not watching it cause you're only making it for other filmmakers. Its like if a chef made food for other chef's, the rest of us probably wouldn't like it and they'd bash our palettes for it calling into question our sophistication or whatever.
