Obviously it’s hard to discredit previous Knick greats who did great thing for such a long time. But when Jaylan keeps doing things in his short stint that this greats never did then you’ve gotta start looking at it differently. If he gets out this round and does historical things in the eastern finals then this conversation gets really interesting. If he gets a championship this year so only Walt Frazier can raise his hand after that. Loving how all the legends are coming out to the garden to show support. My man Starks even traveling to see them, Marbury going nuts!!!

JJ mentioned if the Knicks had players with different personalities and similar playing styles of Brunson and Hart. The Knicks did. They had RJ Barrett and imanuel quickly. Remember before they got traded, Hart was not getting that much playing time then with the injury to Julius Randle and OG , the Knicks became dependent on Hart and became the team they are now.

Unless you’ve done a poll, say “some”- You don’t use folks disagreeing in your comment section as a measure. I’m on Knicks Twitter all day long and saying he’s the better than Melo isn’t new and usually a debate- definitely not something Knick fans disagree with in large numbers because not all Knicks fans even love Melo like that.

If by crafty you mean a foul baiter, sure Brunson is "crafty" his entire game is about flopping and jumping backwards into defenders, something which the NBA said they were going to stop calling, but they give it to him every time. He's everything people hate about the modern NBA.

People has forgotten the Knicks had a major piece missing half of the season and that's Julius Randle giving 25ppg, 10 rebs, 5 assists per. Julius and Jalen combo was working really well before the injury! With Julius out, it gave Donte the chance to step up and blossom.

Someone let JJ Reddick know that Jalen Bruson is NOT left-handed. He is right hand dominant (dribbles with right), ambidextrous and taught by his dad to shoot with his left hand knowing the huge advantage it can add. This makes him difficult to guard and harder to force him where you want.
@arielmunoz9835

the one thing i noticed about Jalen he always catches the defender off guard and its all about the timing..if you notice his foot work and herky jerky craftiness keeps the defender off balance giving him time to out-time the defender and get the shot off..i’m 5foot8 smallest player on the court and i use to out-time the defender by using footwork and gathering the ball and shooting it all in One Motion as i drove to the basket the defender will have a problem timing the shot to block it..Jalen plays in his own Time Bubble and you’re not in it.😮

Brunson is a true pg. Harden is just a ball dominant player, same as Luka and LeBron. Harden, Luka and LeBron look to take the majority of the shots. Brunson to me doesn't play that way. He seems to move the ball around early in the shot clock. Harden is dribble dribble shoot. Luka is dribble dribble pass to reset dribble shoot. LeBron is dribble dribble orchestrate dribble drive shoot.

Donte is actually a really good player and a top 3, 3 point shooter this year… OG plays one of the most important positions at the wing and is elite defender and can create his own shot and knock down 3s… knicks have the best center duo and josh hart is like Rodman with a 3 point shot… they r actually good Brunson is the best PG in the nba let’s be real.. u gotta look at everything… numbers but also what he is doing with what he has and everything that has happened to the knicks but forget just PG… Brunson is a top 5 nba player in general
