I wrote a policy on a B-lead after asking him would he prefer for his wife to have to sell his house to pay for expenses? He told himself “no” and we moved forward in getting him coverage which was especially meaningful because he was really going through it. Next, I wrote 5 policies today after striking out for what feels like forever. Listened to this video literally all day and couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Dana! 🙏🏽

Ya broke through ... not to step on Dana's "thang ..." but now you see it? Telesales is all psychology. Like Dana has stated ... it's all about patience, not running to the quote ... it's not about talking or telling, it's about getting them to vent, and talk ... these are not uber sophisticated consumers ... as said, it's about helping them to get out of their way ... paint a picture for them, let them see in their minds their beneficiary holding the policy and cards in their hand ... and yes, trigger their emotions because that's what motivates them. Pardon my interruption.

What simple script do you use when calling leads? Do you leave a voicemail? If no voicemail, do you call them back? Also any leads not contacted, do you put them on the drip list? Would you send a simple postcard to any lead? If so, when would you do that?

For prospects who have no family they're leaving behind, how is their situation addressed if they want FE? Is it their favorite charity, church, organization that they're protecting? Or is it that they want to take care of the mortgage and other bills because they're responsible citizens?
@finalexpensetelesales Жыл бұрын
This is why we always ask them what expenses they want the insurance to pay for without assuming as well as who will be taking care of everything after they're gone. In the cases where there was no family, we have assigned it to a church, friend, or even a non profit organization. If people are looking to take care of a mortgage, we cannot help them because the policy sizes they are looking for are too large and they are usually term.
