I love seeing another woman of a certain age on your show 🙂 Also it helped me and my ADHD attention span to speed up the video to 1.25 speed to compensate for your guest's somewhat slower speech. She's done so great persevering after a stroke! I wish her all the best.

So excited to see the founder of ART on your show! I found out about this modality a few months ago. I’ve had a couple of sessions with my ART certified therapist and YES IT WORKS!! Hallelujah!! I couldn’t believe how much better I felt after each session. I have a list now of things I want to process haha. I’ll be going once a week until I’ve gotten through everything I can think of.😁🙌🏻
